ORANGE WHIP PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL

Orange Whip Full-Size Swing Trainer and Orange Whip Mid-Size Swing Trainer
Description of the Product:
The recalled trainers have a black grip and flexible shaft with a weighted orange ball attached to it. The batch number is printed on the inside of the counterweight steel ball (White or Gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip. The recalled trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. In order to read the batch number, the counterweight steel ball must be unscrewed by hand. The Full-Size Swing Trainer, measures 47 inches in length. The Mid-Size Swing Trainer, measures 43 inches in length.
Hazard:
The orange ball can detach from the trainer while in use, posing an injury hazard to the user and bystanders.
Remedy:Replace
Action to be Taken:
Check your product batch number.To read the batch number on the swing trainer, the counterweight steel ball (White or Gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip Swing Trainer must be unscrewed by hand. The recalled swing trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled golf swing trainers and contact Perfectmygolf to organise destruction and receive a free replacement product.
Destroy Recalled Product:
If your product has a recalled batch number that falls in the range of 772 to 792 please destroy by cutting in two pieces with a saw. We ask that you please take a picture of the batch number and the Orange Whip cut in two pieces and send to sales@perfectmygolf.com. We will make arrangements to send a free replacement unit when this proof of destruction is received.
